Kaiser is a new villain I created for shadowclaw. 
Kaiser is a dark forest reaper He was banished after attempts to seek great power. Kaiser is a deadly foe his strength is of shadowclaw with his mask. He is extremely intelligent and quick in battle. He is also sadistic and plays with his victims. He takes a personal interest in shadow claw's strength as the two are very similar.
His signature move is called "Black nebula."
